First in five in the school’s summer series

Carlie Sweigart and her mount, a paint named Sky Blue, weren’t seeing much blue sky as they waited their turn in the Linden Hall show ring on Saturday. Carlie and SkyBlue ride out of Long Shot Stables in Washington Borough. Carlie is the daughter of Jason and Jessica Sweigart, and that’s her dad standing with her.

Sarah Scheckner, is the full-time stable manager at Linden Hall. Eddie’s a 14-year-old Paint and one of the 11 horses owned by the school. Eddie’s a real friendly guy, especially for anybody with a pocket full of treats.
