The Lititz Run Watershed Alliance will be conducting its annual Stream Clean-up Day on Saturday, March 15, from 8 to 11 a.m. Volunteers will be cleaning the entire stretch of Lititz Run.

Anyone interested in participating should call the Warwick Township municipal office at 626-8900 or email lirwin@warwicktownship.org.

This is a great opportunity for a business, group or organization to make this a community project.

Participants should wear appropriate shoes and clothing. Groups will be directed to a particular location for clean-up and/or planting. Gloves, trash bags and refreshments will be provided.

Last year, 1.2 tons of trash was collected.
