Maynor, Van Duyne wed in Las Vegas

Marjorie Maynor and William Van Duyne, of Goldsboro, N.C., were married Feb. 21 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Margie is is the daughter of Hal W. Maynor III and Mary Lois Haviland and the granddaughter of the late Hal W. Maynor Jr. and Marjorie Baker Maynor and the late Morris James Haviland and Edna Louise Haviland. She is a 2006 Warwick High School graduate. Margie has a bachelor of healthcare administration degree from Kaplan University and an associate’s degree in science/medical assisting from Wayne Community College. She is employed at Southeastern Medical Oncology Center in Goldsboro, N.C.

Will is the son of William Bickeley Van Duyne and Donna Sweetman Van Duyne and the grandson of the late Bickeley Van Duyne and Betty Van Duyne. He has a double bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and psychology. He is employed by the United States government.

The couple were wed in The Little Church of the West and a reception was held at The Silverton Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas.

The bride was attended by Jayme Norman, maid of honor; and Ashlee Fischer, bridesmaid.

The groom was attended by Greg Van Duyne, best man; and Tom Van Duyne, groomsman.

After a wedding trip to Las Vegas, Nevada and the Grand Canyon, the couple will reside in Goldsboro, N.C.
