William A. ‘Billy’ Becker, 62, worked at Occupational Development Center, enjoyed birdwatching

William A. “Billy” Becker, 62, of Manheim, died unexpectedly on Friday, Oct. 20, 2017, at the Renova Center in Lebanon.

Born in Reading, he was the son of the late William H. and Kathleen (Kheen) Becker.

Billy graduated from Garden Spot High School and worked for the Occupational Development Center for many years. He had a love for ODC, and enjoyed watching birds, drinking Coca-Cola, and being around people.

Surviving is his guardian: Lori E. Moyer.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 27 at 11 a.m., at Beck Funeral Home, 315 E. Main St., New Holland, with visitation from 10 to 11 a.m. Interment will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Occupational Development Center, 640 Martha Ave., Lancaster, PA 17601; or to Friendship Community, 1149 E. Oregon Road, Lititz, PA 17543.
