Pauline White72, loved cooking for family

Pauline (Wise) White, 72, of Manheim, passed away unexpectedly July 30, 2011 at her residence.

She was born in Voganville, East Earl Township, to Henry and Elsie Wise, and was the wife of the late James Edward Wise .

Pauline was a fun loving person. She worked as a nursing aid for Pleasant View Nursing Home. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Pauline liked playing cards and loved to cook for her son.

She is survived by two sons: Barry L. White, of Manheim; V. Scott White, of Clearfield; two daughters: Sharon K. Heim, of Florida; and Darla Jean, wife of Glenn L. Smith, of Lititz; two brothers: Alvin Wise and Carl Wise; four sisters: Esther Wise, Joanne Martin, Mildred Frederick and Ruth Weaver; 11 grandchildren: Tanya, Jonathan, Justine, Heather, Zachary, Krista, Melissa, Nichole, Braxton, Trisha and Traci; and 11 great- grandchildren: Jazzlyn, Xavier, Shayne, Jovi, Trenton, Kyler, Kiaya, Kolby, Nicolas, Nathan and Brianna.

Pauline was preceded in death by her husband: James Edward Wise; two sons: Timothy J. White and Brian K. White; and three brothers: Paul Wise, Henry Wise and Robert Wise.

Funeral services will be held Aug. 5 at 2 p.m. at the Village Chapel in Voganville, 350 Wissler Road, New Holland, with Rev. Arthur Karick officiating. Interment will take place at the Voganville Union Cemetery, East Earl Township. Memorial contributions in Pauline’s memory may be made to Reamstown Church of God 400 Pfautz Hill Rd.
