Nicholas George Resanovich, 79, retired Warner-Lambert supervisor

Nicholas George Resanovich, 79, of Lititz, formerly of Lebanon, entered into rest Sunday morning, May 1, 2016, at Hospice and Community Care, Mount Joy.

He was the husband of Irma (Chapa) Palmer Resanovich. They had celebrated 25 years of marriage last August.

Nicholas was a retired supervisor from Warner-Lambert, Lititz.

Born Aug. 31, 1936, in Lebanon, he was the son of the late Milan and Mildred (Sudor) Resanovich and had attended Holy Resurrection of Christ Serbian Orthodox Church, Lebanon. Nicholas was a graduate of the Milton S. Hershey School for Boys and then attended Stevens Trade School, Lancaster.

Also surviving are two children: Nicholas G. Resanovich married to Theresa, of Jonestown; and Sandra A. Resanovich Smith, of Carlisle; three grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; two step-children: Ronald Palmer; and Diana, married to John Diemer; all of Lancaster; two step-grandchildren; one step-great-grandchild; and a brother: John Resanovich, of Lebanon.

He was also preceded in death by a step-son: Tyrone R. Palmer; and siblings.

Services were held May 5 at Andrew T. Scheid Funeral Home, Lancaster. He was interred in the St. Joseph New Catholic Cemetery, Bausman.
