Nancy L. Woolley, 82, member of Westminster Presbyterian, loved the beach

Nancy L. Woolley, 82, of Lititz, went to be with the Lord April 13, 2014.

Her husband of 58 years, Douglas Woolley, survives.

Nancy was born in Paterson, N.J. She was the daughter of the late Edward and Mildred Kaan. She graduated from Paterson East Side High School in 1949 and Drew University in 1953. She was a wife, mother, and home-maker. Her faith in Christ was important to her, and she was committed to praying for loved ones regularly. Nancy was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed reading, baseball, the beach, and watching her grandchildren at their sporting events.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two children: Nancy Pearl (Manny) of Cherry Hill, N.J., and Daniel Woolley (Sherry) of Lititz, and seven grandchildren: Alex and Amy Pearl, and Andy, Steve, Jenny, Matt, and David Woolley.

She was preceded in death by a son, Dukie Woolley.

Services were held April 15 at Westminster Presbyterian Church, Lancaster, with Rev. Chris Labs officiating. Interment followed at Witness Park, located at Lancaster Evangelical Free Church (LEFC) in Lititz.
