Mary J. Gingerich, 58, WHS grad, worked at Nolt Dental Associates, enjoyed flower gardening

Mary J. Gingerich, 58, of Lititz, died Sunday, May 24, 2015 at Lancaster General Hospital.

She was the wife of Wade Gingerich to whom she was married for 34 years. Born in Lewisburg, she was a daughter of the late Isaac S. and Esther (Lehman) Ginder.

Mary was a 1975 graduate of Warwick High School and was employed for 33 years with Nolt Dental Associates as a dental assistant. Mrs. Gingerich was a selfless person who put others’ needs before her own. She loved the Lord and was very strong in her faith. Mary enjoyed flower gardening, cooking, and baking. She will be remembered for her personality and her strong will.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son: Clinton W. Gingerich, and wife Amy, of Columbus, Ga.; a daughter: Alicia S., wife of Josh Leeking, of Lancaster; brother: Edward Ginder, and wife Arlene; sister: Janet, wife of Gerald Weaver, both of Ephrata; brother: Jay Ginder, and wife Joanne, of Lititz; sister: Linda, wife of Delmar Weaver, of Ephrata; brother: Ray Ginder, of Akron; sister: Beverly, wife of Victor Hurst, of Schaefferstown; parents-in-law: Garland and Doris Gingerich, of Lancaster; and brothers-in-law: Kent Gingerich; Matt Gingerich, husband of Karen; sister-in-law: Shea Matto; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services were held May 29 at Lancaster Evangelical Free Church, Lititz. Interment was held in Witness Park.
