Mary E. Mahoney, 94, worked at Pantry Pride and Oregon Dairy, Alive Church member

Mary E. Mahoney, 94, of Lititz, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 3, 2017, at Landis Homes.

She was born in Goodville to the late Henry and Mary (Kilmer) Horning, and was the wife of the late Gerald Joseph Mahoney.

Mary was a member of the Alive Church. During her working years, during the 60s and 70s she worked at Pantry Pride, and later at Oregon Dairy.

She is survived by a daughter: Shirley A., wife of Craig A. Miller of Macon, Miss.; and three granddaughters: Valerie, Ashley and Bethany Miller.

In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by three brothers: Raymond, Clarence, and Paul Horning; and two sisters: Anna Zimmerman and Mabel Boose.

Services were held Dec. 6 at Landis Homes’ West Bethany Chapel, Lititz. Interment was in the Hammer Creek Mennonite Cemetery.
