Linda Rose Rael, 71, Lititz, administrative assistant, enjoyed tennis, travel and cooking

Linda Rose Rael, 71, of Lititz passed away Dec. 20, 2014 at her home.

She was the wife of the late Juan Rael. Born Sept. 24, 1943 in New York City, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Matthew and Anna Riccardella.

Linda worked as an administrative assistant for many years and loved to travel, play tennis, read and enjoyed cooking.

She is survived by three daughters: Denise, wife of Dean Psathas of Monroe, N.Y.; Casandra, wife of Bill Melnychuk of Westchester, N.Y.; and Gina, wife of Bill Hamosfakidis of Rockland County, N.Y.; a son: John Dalessandro, husband of Christina of Rockland County, NY; nine grandchildren: Stephen, Evan, Anthony, Nicholas, Marissa, Mia, Ava, Juliana and Alexis; and her companion of 20 years: Walter Bates.

Linda was preceded in death by two sisters.

Funeral services will be held at the convenience of her family with private inurnment in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Los Altos, Calif., at a later date.
