John J. Arbolino, 94, WWII vet, USPS postal supervisor, lover of stocks and dessert

John J. Arbolino, 94, died Thursday, Oct. 19, 2017, at Ephrata Manor.

Formerly of Lititz, he was the husband of the late Angelina Arbolino, who passed away in 2012. Born in Manhattan, N.Y., he is the son of the late Ignazio and Filomena (Tessitore) Arbolino.

He was a proud World War II veteran, serving in the United States Navy. A USPS postal supervisor by trade, John was a lover of stocks and kept up with the New York Stock Exchange regularly. John loved big band music, red wine, and thought dessert was the best part of the meal.

He is survived by his daughter: Mary, wife of Frank Ribaudo Jr.; and three grandchildren: Steve, Faith and Peter Ribaudo, all of Lititz.

Services were held Oct. 25 at the Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, Lititz. Interment was in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
