A. Jeanette Martin, 88, worked at S. Clyde Weaver, Hempfield COB member, loved her family

A. Jeanette Martin, 88, of East Petersburg, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, Jan. 8, 2018, at Pleasant View Retirement Community, Manheim.

Born in Lancaster, Jeanette was the daughter of the late Samuel and Emily Arment Myer. She was the loving wife of the late Raymond L. Martin, who passed away in 2008. Jeanette was a member of Hempfield Church of the Brethren where she served as a deaconess and a nursey attendant. She was employed by S. Clyde Weaver where she worked in the bakery for over 30 years. Jeanette loved to spend time with her family.

Surviving is a son: Ronald E., husband of Cynthia Graybill Martin, of Lititz; a daughter: Beverly, wife of Jeffery L. Moyer, of Manheim; three grandchildren: Sonya, wife of Jason Widders; Kyle, husband of Kimberly Martin; and Stephanie Moyer; six great-grandchildren: Chase, Tyler, and Logan Widders; Caleb, Leah, and Eli Martin; and a brother: Richard Myer of Pottstown.

In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by a grandson: Wesley Moyer; and two brothers: Robert and Jay Myer.

Services were held Jan. 12 at Hempfield Church of the Brethren, Manheim. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
