James P. Ross, 50, Warwick grad, cabinet maker and home remodeler, Eagle Scout

James “Jimmy” Ross, 50, of Lititz, died Monday, July 20, 2015 at his home from natural causes after a long illness.

Jimmy, a lifelong resident of Lititz, was a 1983 graduate of Warwick High School and Brownstown Vo-tech School.  He was an accomplished cabinet maker and finish carpenter.  He was self-employed as a home remodeler.  Jimmy enjoyed the Boy Scouts and earned the status of Eagle Scout.

He is survived by his father: Richard V. Ross of Lititz; brothers: Richard, Ronald, and Robert; a sister: Sharon;  two nieces and two nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother: Patricia; and his sister: Teresa “Terri.”

The family will receive friends at a memorial service celebrating his life on Friday, July 24, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz. Beginning at 8 p.m, friends are invited to share their memories.

A graveside service for family will be held Saturday, July 25, at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph New Catholic Cemetery, 170 Charles Road, Lancaster.  Please omit flowers.
