Henry C. Wesch, 78, worked at Lancaster Host, Yankees fan, collected model antique cars

Henry C. Wesch, 78, of Lancaster, passed away at home Monday, May 30, 2016.

Born in Hackensack, N.J., he was the son of the late Henry J.L. and Mabel Lawson Wesch.

He was a taxi driver and in his earlier years he worked for the Lancaster Host. Henry was an avid New York Yankees and Giants fan, he also enjoyed collectible model antique cars.

He is survived by a brother-in-law: J. Harold Longenecker; and nephew: David, husband of June Longenecker, all of Manheim; and a niece: Christine Tesch of Lititz.

He was preceded in death by a sister: Ruth C. Longenecker.

Services are private and at the convenience of the family.
