Harry M. Sensenig Jr., 86, Korea vet, Sensenich Corp. saw operator, fan of the Yankees, country music

Harry M. Sensenig Jr., 86, of Lititz, died Monday, March 6, 2017, at Heart of Lancaster Regional Medical Center.

Born in East Earl Township, he was the husband of the late Ruth (Heiser) Sensenig, and the son of the late Harry and Susan (Myers) Sensenig.

Harry was an Army veteran of the Korean Conflict, stationed in Germany. He enjoyed a seven-day furlough in Paris. He was a Yankees fan and also enjoyed country music. He was employed as a saw operator for the Sensenich Corp.

Harry is survived by his son: Clifford D. Sensenig of Lititz; a brother: Raymond Sensenig and his wife Janet of Farmersville; and a sister: Edna Walton of Ephrata.

He was preceded in death by four brothers: Aaron, Warren “Snook,” Sam, and Norman Sensenig; and two sisters: Mildred Stuber and Elva Steely.

Funeral services were held March 10 at Brunnerville United Methodist Church, Lititz, with Pastor Steven W. Rodgers officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
