Harold D. Nonnenmocher, 95, Dutch Wonderland head of security, Conestoga Valley Church of Christ member

Harold D. Nonnenmocher, 95, of Manheim, formerly of Lancaster, passed away at the Lancaster General Hospital on Wednesday evening, Jan. 11, 2017.

Harold was a tube maker at the former RCA for 26 years; and he also worked as head of security for Dutch Wonderland for 37 years, and retired in 2002. He was a member of Conestoga Valley Church of Christ in Lancaster.

Harold is survived by his children; Martin H., (Cindy) Nonnenmocher of Manheim; and Llewelyn S. (Pamela) Nonnenmocher of Pensacola, Fla.; and numerous grand-, great- and great-great-grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend services to celebrate his life at Conestoga Valley Church of Christ, 2045 Horseshoe Road, Lancaster, on Thursday, Jan. 19, at 11 a.m., with Pastor Jeff Werkheiser officiating. Private family burial will be held at the Cedar Hill Cemetery in Ephrata. The family will receive friends at the church on Thursday from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
