Gwendolyn E. Fuhrman, 90, Thompson RCA retiree, loved traveling, spending time with her family

Gwendolyn E. Fuhrman, 90, of Lititz, passed away Wednesday, March 23, 2016, at Moravian Manor.

She was the widow of Charles Fuhrman. She was born Sept. 3, 1925, in Columbia, to Paul and Effie (Zuch) Kise.

Gwen’s greatest enjoyment in life was spending time with her kids, grandkids, and great-grandchildren. After her retirement following 51 years at Thompson RCA, her love for travel became more prominent.

Surviving are three sons: John (Jeannette) Fuhrman, Charles (Bonnie) Fuhrman, Kevin (Tina) Fuhrman; grandchildren: Jason (Gina) Fuhrman, Jessica (Douglas) Moyer, Jamie (companion Jackie) Fuhrman, Ryan (Cait) Fuhrman, Corey (fiancée Jenny) Fuhrman; six great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Preceding in death are her parents; husband: Charles; son: Brett; and sisters: Elizabeth Shireman and Dorothy Luttman.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, April 17, at 11 a.m., at Moravian Manor, 300 W. Lemon St., Lititz, PA 17543.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be sent to Moravian Manor, or the charity of your choice.
