Erma F. Kimm, 91, St. Paul’s UCC member, PVRC housekeeper, enjoyed needlework

Erma F. Kimm, 91, of Manheim, and formerly of Christy Lane, Lititz, died peacefully at Pleasant Acres Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, York, on Monday, April 18, 2016.

Born in Middletown, she was the daughter of the late Clayton and Emma Bradley Dupler. Erma was the loving wife of the late Earl G. Kimm, who passed away in 2007; and first husband, the late Paul Bricker Jr.

She was an active and faithful member of St. Paul’s United Church of Christ, and Stiegel Roses Senior Citizens Group, both of Manheim. Erma found great joy in needlework, flower gardening, and traveling. For many years, Erma worked at Pleasant View Retirement Community in the housekeeping department.

Erma is survived by four nieces: Kimberly Bausher, Georgiann Engle, Heather Welsh, and Wendy Teller; four nephews: Stephen Engle, Kenneth “Scott” Engle, Wesley Rineer, and David Kimm; grand- and great-grandnieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death are three sisters and five brothers.

Services were held April 22 at Buch Funeral Home, Manheim. She was interred in Ruhl’s United Methodist Cemetery.
