Edward G. Koncle, 80, formerly of Lititz, survived by two daughters

Edward G. Koncle, 80, formerly of Lititz, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2018, surrounded by his loving family at his home in Palmyra.

Born Dec. 1, 1937 in Brodheadsville, he was the son of the late Dr. Gerald E. and Laura A. (Mantz) Koncle. He was married to Karen L. Koncle on Nov. 24, 1962.

In addition to his wife of nearly 56 years, Ed is survived by two daughters: Kelly J. Miller and husband, Christopher, of Germantown, Wisc.; and Kathryn L. Moudy, and husband, Terry, of Zionsville. Also surviving are four grandchildren.

Services were held Aug. 10 at the Palmyra First Evangelical Congregational Church, Palmyra. Private interment will take place at the convenience of the family in St. John’s Evangelical Congregational Church Cemetery, Annville.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Ed’s honor to Hospice of Central Pennsylvania or the Kidney Foundation of Central PA.
