Dorothy K. Loump, 98, Lititz, homemaker, of the Lutheran faith

Dorothy K. Loump, 98, a homemaker, of Lititz, formerly of Elizabethtown, died on Monday, Feb. 12, 2018 at Moravian Manor, Lititz, after an illness.

She was the wife of the late Ira “Bud” J. Loump, who died in 1979. Born Nov. 29, 1919, in Elizabethtown, she was the daughter of the late Arthur H. and Emma R. (Keller/Kellar) Bishop.

She was a Lutheran.

She is survived by a daughter: Brenda B., married to Lloyd E. Jacobson, of Lancaster; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

The family would like to express their gratitude and appreciation to the staff at Moravian Manor for their care and compassion given to Dorothy during her stay.

In keeping with Dorothy’s wishes, the Funeral Arrangements are private. She will be interred beside her husband, Bud, in the Mellinger’s Mennonite Cemetery, Lancaster. Kindly omit flowers.

Memorial Remembrances can be made in Dorothy’s memory to a charity of one’s choice.
