Coty Lynn Zerphey, 31, Donegal grad, enjoyed vintage cars, horseback riding, Lucille Ball fan

Coty Lynn “Code” Zerphey, 31, of Manheim passed away after a courageous battle with cystic fibrosis.

She was born in Columbia, the daughter of Mark Zerphey (Mount Joy) and Tammy Hubbard (Marietta).

She was a graduate of Donegal High School with the Class of 2004, and Willow Street Vocational Tech with a certificate in auto mechanics. Code loved vintage cars and horseback riding. She was an adoring fan of Lucille Ball and Jack Skellington. She was a talented artist as well as a loving daughter, granddaughter, sister, and aunt.

In addition to her parents, Code leaves behind her stepfather: Charles Bedwell; her sisters: Destiny M., wife of Anthony Neideigh; Kortney K., wife of Jim Seibert; her paternal grandparents: Donald and Sue Zerphey; her maternal grandparents: Esther “Penny” Flowers Lambert and step-grandfather: Ronald L. Lambert; her nieces: Arianna Rineer and Audrey Seibert; her nephew: Draven Neideigh.

She was preceded in death by her uncle: Dean A. Hubbard; and her grandfather: Samuel A. Flowers.

Services for Code were held Dec. 13 at the Clyde W. Kraft Funeral Home, Columbia. Burial followed at Maytown Union Cemetery.
