Christopher M. Fry, 48, worked with adults with special needs, enjoyed decorating, Steelers fan

Christopher M. “Mucky” Fry, 48, of Manheim, died at his home on Saturday, Dec. 16, 2017.

Born in Camp Hill, he was the son of Anita Hartz Wilfong, wife of Larry N. Wilfong of Marysville; and Clyde Fry of Dauphin. Christopher and his husband, James L. Harrington Jr., shared 18 wonderful married years together.

Chris worked for Ephrata Areas Rehabilitation Services; previously he was employed at Excentia, Lancaster, and Express Scripts. He was a member of Hope Episcopal Church, Manheim. His interests included: going to Lanco Micro Midget races, rooting for the Steelers, flower gardening, and decorating. He will be lovingly missed by his pit terrier, Candy. Chris was a loving and caring person throughout his life who had a passion and gift of helping adults with special needs.

Surviving, in addition to his husband and parents, is a maternal grandmother: Elaine Hartz of Enola; a brother: Greg A., husband of Dawn Fry of Harrisburg; two nieces: Megan and Ashley Fry; and a nephew: Alex Fry.

Services were held Dec. 22 at Buch Funeral Home, Manheim. Interment will be private.
