Austin M. Altland, 25, worked at Oldcastle Anchor concrete, enjoyed OCMD trips

Austin M. Altland, 25, of Manheim, passed away on Monday, July 20, 2015 at Lancaster General Hospital from injuries received in a motorcycle accident.

He was born in Lancaster, son of Paul H. Uibel, Lancaster and the late Adrian S. Altland-Uibel.

He was a maintenance technician for Oldcastle Anchor Concrete, formerly Binkley and Ober, East Petersburg for the past four and a half years. He enjoyed fishing, riding motorcycles, doing campfires, going to the beach at Ocean City, Md., and the Miami Dolphins.

Surviving in addition to his father, are one daughter: Makenzie L., and her mother Jamie Killian; and one son: Bryson L., and his mother Britti Ade, all of Manheim; and a sister: Alyssa M. Uibel, Manheim.

Services were held July 25 at Salem United Methodist Church, Manheim, with Pastor Timothy L. Craven officiating. Interment was in Lincoln Cemetery.
