Matthew Jason Farmer went home to be with his Savior on Monday, April 11, 2016, at his home in Lititz. He was 31 years old.

He was proudly employed as a shift manager of ALDI of Lebanon and attended Central Pennsylvania College. He was a 2003 graduate of Manheim Central High School. Matt attended LCBC Ephrata Campus and just completed his first year with FRAT: Knights of the 21st Century. He was a simple, hard-working guy who loved his son, making people laugh, movies, adventure, and spending time at the beach.

He is survived by his son: Ethan Farmer; his parents: Mike and Wannetta Farmer, of Pawleys Island, S.C.; his sister: Samantha, of Charleston, S.C.: and his soon-to-be-fiancé: Tiffany Sherman and her son, Skyler, of Lebanon.

He now has the best seat in the house for Gamecocks games.

A celebration of life was held April 16 at LCBC Church, Ephrata.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to his son’s continuing education fund by making checks payable and mailed to BlackRock CollegeAdvantage 529, P.O.
