A musical prelude was provided by Dr. Jeffrey Gemmel, Lititz Moravian’s organist. The Linden Hall Orchestra performed “Land of Hope and Glory.”

The invocation was given by Rev. Dean Jurgen of the Lititz Moravian congregation followed by welcoming remarks from Meg Mueller, co-chair of the Linden Hall board of trustees.

Salutatorians Nan Liao and Jiaxuan Kelly Lu both addressed those assembled. Then, the Linden Hall Medal was presented by Michael E. Waylett, head of school.

This year’s valedictorian and Linden Hall Medal recipient was Esther Plotnick. She delivered an address to her fellow students. Rumor has it that Esther is headed to Harvard University in the fall.
