The 49th Annual Lititz Outdoor Fine Art Show will be held Saturday, July 25 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., rain or shine. It will showcase the art of over 130 artists, working in oils, acrylics, watercolor, pastels, drawing, ceramics, mixed media and sculpture. The show will be held in the Lititz Springs Park, 24 N. Broad St. There is no admission charge for the show.

The show has been a tradition in Lititz for 49 years. The late Floyd Hackman started the Art Show, when he was the president of the Village Art Association of Lititz. The show has grown from originally being on the sidewalks of Lititz, to now filling the park. The Floyd Hackman Award is just one of the $2,000 in prizes that will be presented.

Plan to spend a day in the park meeting the artists and enjoying the work they have on display and for sale. Lunch can be purchased from several concessions and enjoyed in the shade of the pavilions in the park.

A preview of the artists’ work can be found at facebook.com/LititzOutdoorFineArtShow. For questions or information, contact villageartassociation@gmail.com or visit thevaaoflititzpa.com.
