Fall into Lititz this weekend

On the second Friday of each month, Lititz marks 2nd Friday with four hours of downtown fun. Vendors and entertainers take to the streets and stores and restaurants stay open late for patrons, many with samples and specials.

This time, instead of celebrating for only one night, everyone can take all three weekend days to “Fall Into Lititz.” Here’s a list of this weekends activities

2nd Friday

A live scarecrow will circulate throughout the downtown taking photos with kids & kids at heart. Purple Robin Reserve will host Brenda Blank with a watercolor demonstration
Lititz Bridal Boutique LLC is having a fall gown clearance and a preview of new products for 2019.

Lancaster County Agriculture Council will be set up at the Post Office where they will provide an opportunity to “Ask a Farmer” whatever is on your mind. Oct. 6 through 13 is Lancaster County Ag Week.

Pebbles & Lace is offering a photo booth and refreshments. Pop-up specials will be found throughout the shop. Enter to win a $25 gift certificate.
Zum Anker Alley Shops will host the band, Forgiven, out on the patio. Along with the music there will be a fun pumpkin and scarecrow display which will make for a fun photo opportunity. Inside they will serve cookies and punch.

JoBoy’s Brew Pub will be serving Oktoberfest and pumpkin beer at Main Men clothing store.

Danner’s Deli will have a caricature artist, and a sampling of fall food.

A Tea Affair will be serving teas and sweets at both Main Street and Sturgis Lane locations.

Heavenly Soaps & Scents will feature The Thymes Hot Cocoa Collection of candles. Someone will win one of their hot chocolate mug candles at the end of the weekend.
Clemintines will celebrate its 10th anniversary with live models and drawings for gift cards and clothing. All fall clothing will be discounted 30 percent.
Lititz Borough Police Department is teaming up with their friends from the Millersville University Police Department to sell their Pink Patch and Shirts to support the Suzanne H. Arnold Center for Breast Health, annual Breast-a-ville event and the Diana & Marsha Breast Cancer Awareness Center.
Lititz Music Co. will have a $1 and $2 blowout sale on vinyl records. Don’t miss the buy one guitar, get a free t-shirt special.
Ewebiquitous will host Chris Johnson and his hand sewn, upcycled collection of vintage hats. They will also serve their famous sheep cookies and punch.
Wilbur Chocolate will host the Star of David Dance Troupe at 6:30 p.m.. Also, The Lititz Home Educators will be doing a fund raiser with handmade items made by the students.
Rusciano Gallery will host a complimentary wine reception for their new show, “Pieces of a Dream,” featuring the art of Marilyn Fox, art department director of Penn State.
The Savory Gourmet will host pumpkin painting on their porch.
Sweet Legacy will feature caramel apples.
Olio Olive Oil & Balsamics will sample their pumpkin flavored balsamic Friday and Saturday.


Much of the fun continues. Photo opportunities will remain up throughout town. Refreshments will be available at select locations.
Pebbles & Lace will offer a fall collage class at 11 a.m. Reservations are required.

Many shops will be open from noon to 4 p.m.

Danner’s Deli offers pumpkin spice pancakes Sunday morning from 8 to 11 a.m. They will also have traditional pancakes available. Lunch will be served starting at 11. Fall food samples continue.
Heavenly Scents & Soaps special: Kids Zutano leggings, buy one get one half price.
Ewebiquitous will offer a special tea and class. Learn to make two crocheted cowls from one skein of yarn. Enjoy fresh made tea and cookies, great conversation and make a gift while at the same time making one for yourself.
