Downtown Lititz Farmers Market is celebrating all the dogs that come to market with the Dog Days of Summer on Aug. 6 One of the many activities will be a dog show with judging and ribbons being awarded.

Judging categories include: dog with the most unusual name; smallest dog; biggest dog; most unusual coloring/spots; the longest tail; the shortest tail; the longest ears; dog that looks most like owner; and dog that does the best tricks.

Competitors can register at the farmers market by 10 a.m. on the the day of the event. The dog show begins at 11 a.m.

Lititz Farmers Market is located on Water Street, one half a block from Main Street, in Lititz, and is open 8 a.m. until noon. To learn more, visit lititzfarmersmarket.com.
