Yoga Mondays – Takes place Mondays at 6 p.m. at St Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church, 200 W. Orange St. Call 717-627-0670.

SUPPORT MEETINGS

Memory Cafe – This support for caregivers and those dealing with Alzheimer’s/Dementia meets the first and third Friday of the month at St. James Catholic Church, 505 Woodcrest Ave., from 6 to 8 p.m.. Call 717-333-0689 for more info.

Al-Anon – Al-Anon has two weekly meetings for those worried about someone with a drinking problem. Meetings are 7 and 8 p.m. Thursdays at St. James Catholic Church, 505 Woodcrest Ave. The 8 p.m. meeting is beginner-friendly. Call 717-917-2017 or visit al-anon.org.

SibTalk – This group for 8-12 year olds who have a brother or sister with an intellectual disability meets the second Thursday of each month at The Arc, 116 W. Airport Road. Call 717-394-5251.

Self Advocates – Lancaster County Self Advocates, adults with disabilities and friends, meet the third Tuesday of each month at The Arc, 116 W. Airport Road, for learning opportunities and social events. Call 717-394-5251.

Early-Stage Dementia – A support group for caregivers and those affected by early-stage dementia or Alzheimer’s meets the fourth Tuesday of each month from 3 to 5 p.m. at Lititz Church of the Brethren, 300 W. Orange St. Call 717-568-2595.

Circle of Support – A support group for friends and family of those struggling with drug addiction meets the first and third Wednesday of each month, from 7 to 8 p.m., at Lititz Moravian Church, 8 Church Square. To learn more, call 717-314-1535.
