Parrothead party in Gretna!

The Mount Gretna Summer Concert series will present the show “Parrothead Party: the Music of Jimmy Buffett” on Saturday, June 29 at the Tabernacle in the Campmeeting section of town, t. Gretna at 3rd Street and Glossbrenner Avenue.

The show stars Larry McKenna on keyboards and vocals, along with Nora Fitzgerald, Rachel Berkman, and Rachel Dalton. The six-piece band will feature Jack Firneno on drums, Nolan Maher on guitar, Josh Irwin on bass, Tom Whitney on saxophone, and Dennis Matthews on a lead washboard.

You’ll hear all of Jimmy Buffett’s classic hits such as: “Five O’Clock Somewhere,” “Come Monday,” “Cheeseburger in Paradise,” “Volcano,” “Changes in Latitude,” “Fins,” and, of course, “Margaritaville.” The evening will also feature two female three-part harmony versions of “A Pirate Looks at 40” and “Southern Cross.”
