Lititz Farmers Market closes for the season after this week’s session, set for Thursday, Oct. 5, from 4:30 to dusk, in the parking lot in the 100 block of North Broad Street, across from the entrance to Lititz Springs Park.

“Due to sunlight ending earlier, we’re taking a cue from nature and wrapping up one week early,” market co-organizer Lauren Ellis posted on Facebook. “Thank you to all who came out and supported our new date and time. We can’t wait for next year!”

The featured food truck at Lititz Farmers Market this week will be Bountiful Feast. Mak Azubike will be returning to perform.

Azubike began singing in front of audiences as a child, and slowly developed deep love for music and since began exploring various instruments since 1995. Growing up in the Nigerian church scene where competitive musicianship is key to growing congregations, he grew up studying gospel artists like Don Moen, Fred Hammond, and later branched out to contemporary acts such as Sting, Led Zeppelin, and Dave Matthews. He currently lives in Lancaster.
