Lintia’s Restaurant: For Steak, Seafood and Ice Cream!

What could be better than a restaurant that has steak, seafood and ice cream? What could be better than Lintia’s Restaurant in Manheim?

At Lintia’s, you can savor Steak and Seafood Nights on Friday and Saturday evenings from 5 to 8 p.m.  Lintia’s new chef, Eric Stauffer, is in his prime, creating delicious steak and seafood dishes. All the steaks are chargrilled to perfection and the seafood is prepared just right. The steak and seafood Filet Au Poivreselections vary from week to week, with appetizers that include bacon wrapped scallops and shrimp skewers with orange barbecue sauce. Entrees include the Slammin’ Salmon filet marinated in a soy sesame ginger sauce and Flounder Roulade delicate flounder filets surrounding a delicious house-made crab filling. As for steaks, a few hits are the Filet Au Poivre filet mignon with black peppercorn and sherry mustard cream sauce and the New York Strip, seasoned with a root beer bourbon barbecue sauce, and garnished with onion rings.

These mouthwatering entrees are served with a variety of sides such as garlic mashed potatoes, scalloped potatoes, horseradish mashed potatoes, rice pilaf, steamed broccoli and asparagus. All entrees are served with Lintia’s homemade bread and honey butter. If steak and seafood were not enough, Lintia’s Ice Cream Shoppe reopens on Friday, April 8, for the season. They’ll be serving up some great ice cream specialties featuring local hand-dipped Kreider Farms ice cream with 20+ flavors.

While you’re there, check out the bakery, with everything from chocolate chip cookies to Lintia’s famous peanut butter pie and chocolate cake with peanut butter icing. They can accommodate large orders, as well as orders for decorated cakes for any occasion, like birthdays, graduations and weddings.

Spring means that Lintia’s has fresh new menu items, such as the popular Bacon Jammer Burger, Hummus and Veggie Wrap, The Hot Mess Burger, Wyoming Chicken Entrée, Carb Quesadilla, Beef or Chicken Enchiladas, Country Ham Steak, Chicken Sante Fe, Nacho Supreme Platter, New York Strip Steak and Meatloaf Cordon Bleu. Lots of customer favorites like house-made Chicken Croquettes, Roast Turkey with filling, house-made Crab Cakes, Gene Wenger’s Ham Loaf with pineapple sauce, Southwest Chicken Fajita salad, Strawberry Mandarin Salad, Avocado Turkey Bacon Wrap, Dave’s Burger and traditional Reuben and Rachel sandwiches are still on the menu.

There’s no better way to start your day than with a sunny Lintia’s breakfast. Wake up to traditional eggs, home fries, toast and coffee, with early bird Tuesday- Friday from 6- 9 a.m. Or maybe the house-made French Toast, the Mandarin Crepes or the Cinnamon Swirl Pancakes. This week’s breakfast specials include Cinnamon Brown Sugar Bread Basket Parfaits, Blueberry and Bourbon Cream French Toast, Country Fried Steak and Eggs andTenderloin Steak Medallions and Eggs.
