The CoJoMotion Dance Company of the Lititz Academy of Dance will present its 12th annual, “A Season for Wishes,” a holiday dance extravaganza to benefit Make-A-Wish Philadelphia, Northern Delaware and Susquehanna Valley.

The event is set for Saturday, Dec. 3, at 6 p.m., at the Manheim Township High School. 115 Blue Streak Blvd., Lancaster.

“A Season for Wishes” features dances from tap to jazz, modern to ballet, and Rockette-style kicklines, all set to those beloved sounds of the season. Area singers, as well as Make-A-Wish family speakers, will also be present.

An bake sale and raffle, featuring items donated by local businesses and individuals, will also take place. In addition, Santa Claus will visit with the kids one hour prior to the show.

Make-A-Wish will receive 100 percent of the proceeds. In the past 11 years, this event has raised over $210,000.00 for Make-A-Wish, making it the second largest contributor from Lancaster County, second only to the Mother’s Day Convoy.

Make-A-Wish Philadelphia, Northern Delaware and Susquehanna Valley granted a record-breaking 321 Wishes this year. In total, the chapter has granted over 5,900 wishes since the chapter’s inception in 1986.

Advance ticket sales are $15; and tickets are $20 at the door. For information on advanced ticket sales, or how to contribute, call the Lititz Academy of Dance at 560-4000 or email
