The third annual FoodStock Music Festival will be held this year at Lancaster Liederkranz on Sunday, July 31. Funds raised will fight hunger in our community; this year’s recipients of the proceeds will be the Power Packs Project and the Manheim Food Pantry.

Featuring live music from 1 to 8 p.m., the $25 admission to the Music Festival also includes an all-you-can-eat buffet, silent auction, 50/50 drawing, horseshoe tournament, drawings for gift certificates provided by local businesses, plus a classic car show and a ride-in motorcycle show.

This year’s FoodStock Music Festival also features an expanded lineup. Bands include Tony Torres and Real Gone, DC & Company, Steel Radiance, Overload Junction, Rooster Stone, Back In Motion, and The Maxwell Project.

“This year’s lineup is really exciting,” said Tom Hayden, president of FoodStockpa.org. “These are some of the Lancaster’s most talented musicians coming together to help us fight hunger in our community. With seven bands, there’ll be something for everyone — including a surprise performance to wrap things up for the evening. And the support we’ve gotten from local businesses has been fantastic. I love it when the community comes together for a worthy cause.”
