By on May 12, 2016

There is so much going on at Fiorentino’s that you might find yourself hitting Lancaster’s favorite spot by the airport every day and night.

Located at the Lancaster Airport, you can watch planes take off and land from inside Fiorentino’s or from the outdoor Flight Deck. That’s only part of the excitement.

Every Saturday night, Fiorentino’s has live music on the Flight Deck from 8 to 11 pm. All through May, enjoy al fresco dining, the Breezy Barroom and the fireimage002 pit for runway sunsets. Every Third Thursday is Open Mic from 7 to 10 p.m.

Happy Hour X2 is from 4-5 p.m. and again from 8-9 p.m. You have two chances to enjoy half price well drinks for $2.50, 25 oz. Miller Lite drafts for $4, pio glass of wine chianti or pinot grigio for $4, and all craft beers $1 off.
On Sunday, May 29, the Catalina Wine Mixer comes to the Flight Deck at 4 p.m., with 80s Billy Joel covers by Killin’ The Blues, a movie showing and a chance to win a helicopter ride, plus more!

Then on Father’s Day, June 19, join them for the Anderson Valley Brewing Company’s Father’s Day Beer Tasting and Beer Picnic from 4 to 6 p.m., with beer tastings and food pairings.

As for food, May’s specials include Baked Flounder Imperial with citrus butter, risotto and asparagus; Petite Filet with sliced mushrooms and cognac peppercorn sauce; She Sells Sea Shells shrimp and scallop in sherry cream sauce with jumbo stuffed shells; and Pasta Danielle with crab meat sautéed with asparagus, cherry tomatoes and Alfredo sauce over cavatappi spirals.

The new spring menu offers new vegetarian choices, including the Black Bean Burger with avocado and sriracha sauce, Cajun Croquettes and the Tree Hugger iPie thin crust pizza with smashed avocado, black beans, roasted corn, tomatoes, mushrooms and sriracha ranch. image001

Other new items are the Twisted Mac ‘n Cheese cavatappi spirals in creamy cheddar with bacon and tomatoes, the Steak Tips Bordelaise with portabella mushrooms and thin cuts of steak that are pan-seared in a rich red wine sauce then tossed with penne rigate, and the Porchellino iPie thin crust pizza with shrimp, hot Italian sausage, sliced portabellas and whole mozzarella on basil pesto. Hungry?

Thirsty? Try the new Kentucky Mule with Weller bourbon, ginger beer and fresh lime on ice in enamel mug or the Stoli Caprese with Razberi vodka, muddled strawberries and basil, simple syrup, lime and a dash of balsamic. Head to the tropics with the Dunes, featuring Malibu coconut rum, melon and banana liqueurs, pineapple and sours. It’s perfect for deck season.

It’s always a great time at Fiorentino’s at the Lancaster Airport. To make reservations or to get more information, call today at 569-6732, or check the website at
