Ephrata resident makes recording debut

Ephrata resident Jason Hegedus released an eight-song album titled “Midnight in My Heart,” on the independent record label Tate Music Group

The album is readily available for purchase nationwide at the iTunes Store, Amazon.com, or directly from TateMusicGroup.com.

Jason Hegedus grew up listening to the bygone songs of country western music legends such as Hank Williams, Johnny Cash, Jim Reeves, and more. After receiving his first guitar at 16, there was no stopping him from getting into the honky-tonk fever. He began performing in local churches and other small time venues, where he has been entertaining hundreds of audiences with songs that remind them of an era of great country western music.

“Midnight in My Heart” is a compilation of enticing and captivating country western songs that take listeners back to the glorious days of country music. His deep vocals and upbeat rhythms will make listeners want to dance along to the beat. Songs featured in the album include “Hope of Man,” “Ballad of Darr Mine” and “Gone, Gone, Gone.”
