The Districts to play Live on Vine

The lineup has been announced for the second annual Live on Vine, produced by LNP.

Brian Fallon and the Crowes, Good Old War and the Districts will perform in LNP’s production lot at 17 W. Vine St. on Saturday, Aug. 13. Gates open at 5:30 p.m. Tickets are $30 and will go on sale May 27. A limited Groupon offer will be announced soon.

Live on Vine is a 21-and-over event, and food trucks and alcohol vendors will be on hand.

Brian Fallon is best known as the singer/guitarist of the Gaslight Anthem. His first solo album, “Painkillers,” was released March 11. The Gaslight Anthem announced in August 2015 that the band was going on hiatus.

Bucks County group Good Old War is known for its tightly harmonized indie folk music. The band has toured with Alison Krauss, Guster, Brandi Carlile and Dr. Dog.

The Districts, founded in Lititz, features three Warwick High School graduates. The band has since relocated to Philadelphia and has toured internationally, sharing bills with the Rolling Stones, Modest Mouse and Hop Along.
