Juvenile steals cash from wallet
The Manheim Borough Police Department reported the following:
THEFT – A 15-year-old juvenile from Lancaster was charged with aggravated assault and theft after he removed cash from the victim’s wallet at 4075 Old Harrisburg Pike, RaphoTownship, at 2:45 a.m. Feb. 27. When he was confronted by the the victim, the defendant then pushed the victim causing bodily injury.
CRIMINAL TRESPASS – Christy L. Tragis, 38, of East High Street, Manheim, was cited with criminal trespass when she came onto property at 35 Pine Tree Drive, Rapho Township, at 8:19 a.m. Jan 23 knowing she was not permitted to be on it.
HARASSMENT – Matthew J. Bruno, 22, of Stevens Summit, Columbia, was cited for harassment after he repeatedly harassed the victim and threatened him with bodily harm at 2123 Cider Press Road in Rapho Township at 9:42 a.m. Jan. 25.
DUI – Giuseppe Zanni, 39, Perry Road, Lititz, was charged with DUI after an officer observed his erratic driving behavior at 12 a.m. March 11 on Market Square.
PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – Brian McCathern, 33, Ferdinand Street, was charged with public drunkenness after he was found wondering around the south side of Market Square (Veteran’s Alley) and intoxicated at 4:08 a.m. March 11.
RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY – Joel Greiner, 31, Canal Street, Lebanon, was charged with receiving stolen property after he sold items which were previously stolen on North Main Street at 12:20 p.m. Nov. 20.
HARASSMENT – Stephanie Aguilar, 25, North Market Street, Elizabethtown, and Kyla Rhoads, 25, W. Colebrook Street, were charged with harassment after police responded to a call for a fight at 128 West High Street at 6:01 p.m. March 4.
ASSAULT – Shawn Taylor, 39, North Penn Street, was charged with simple assault and recklessly endangering another person after police were dispatched for an assault that occurred as a result of a road rage incident in the 100 block of South Penn Street at 7:22 p.m. March 5.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Salenia House, 35, and Desiree McDonnell, 36, both of South Charlotte Street, were involved in an incident where police responded due to a disturbance at 59 South Charlotte Street at 10:42 a.m. March 13. As a result, House was charged with disorderly conduct and McDonnell was charged with harassment and disorderly conduct.
