The following police reports were released by the Manheim Borough Police Department:
• DISORDERLY CONDUCT — On June 30 at 12:27 p.m. at 73 S. Main St., Susan Drescher, 38, of 145 S. Main St., Manheim, was cited with Disorderly Conduct, after she entered the service area of the pharmacy and grabbed her prescription from the pharmacists hand

• DISORDERLY CONDUCT — At 3:38 a.m. on June 29, Teresa Bartley, 32, of 59 S. Charlotte St., Manheim was cited with Disorderly Conduct, after officers had a complaint of a person screaming and using profanity.

• DISPLAY AND DISCHARGE OF FIREWORKS — On June 28 at 3:11 p.m., a 14-year-old male juvenile from Manheim, a 14-year-old juvenile from Penn Twp. were cited for setting off fireworks in Memorial Park.

• DISORDERLY CONDUCT — On June 28 at 1:04 p.m., at 119 W. Ferdinand St., Brandon Wanzer, 21, of 934 Lebanon Rd., Manheim, was cited for Disorderly Conduct, for going to the female victim's home and screaming obscenities at her.

• POSSESSION OF COCAINE — At 6:48 p.m. on June 27, Mark P. Rosenberry, 40, of 31 S. Main St., Manheim, was charged with Possession of Cocaine, Small Amount of Marijuana and Paraphernalia after the officer knew he was wanted and observed him walking on the street. When he took him into custody, Rosenberry, had a small amount of marijuana, paraphernalia, and cocaine in his possession.

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF — On June 26 at 9:40 a.m., Raymond Herr, 75, of 179 N. Wolf St.., Mannheim, was cited with Criminal Mischief after he pulled two No-Trespassing signs out of the neighbor's yard at 177 N. Wolf St.. and threw them on the ground.

• HARASSMENT — On June 24 at 5:20 p.m. Matthew M. Becker, 40, of 1 S. Charlotte St., Manheim, was cited for striking the male victim on the left side of his face after an altercation.

• DISORDERLY CONDUCT — On June 21 at 2:54 a.m.. Amy Jo Rosenberry. 37. of 116 S. Main St., Manheim, was cited when officers were called to the residence for a disturbance and found Rosenberry in possession of a marijuana pipe.

• DUI — On June 14 at 2:15 a.m. on the 700 Block of W. High St., Julie M. Lacey, 32, of 1015 Catherine St., Bloomsburg, was charged after the officer stopped her for an equipment violation and found her to be driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage.

• RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY — On June 17 at 2:15 a.m. in the area of 115 Mill St., Lester J McLean Jr., 26, of 21 W. Ferdinard St., Manheim, was charged after he was seen parking a vehicle and walking away from it. When the officers checked it out the vehicle was stolen from Lancaster City and McLean Jr. was in custody of the vehicle keys.

• CURFEW VIOLATION — On June 13, a 16-year-old female juvenile, from Penn Twp., was cited for walking along Main St. at 11:33 p.m. in violation of the Curfew Law.

• DUI — On June 13 at 11:29 p.m. on the 100 Block of E. High St. to Doe Run Rd. Bryan J. Omalley, 40, of 11 Amberly Way, Lititz, was charged after the officer received a call from someone who was following Omalley's vehicle and was concerned about the poor driving habits of the operator of the vehicle. The officer was able to get behind Omalley's vehicle and made his own observations and stopped Omalley's vehicle

.• DISORDERLY CONDUCT — On June 10 at 10:01 p.m., Jesse M. McLaughlin, 33, of 175 S. Wolf St., Manheim, Michael C. Forst of 175 S. Wolf St., Manheim and a male juvenile from Penn Twp. were all cited for causing disturbance in the street and fighting.

• PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS — At 10:28 p.m. on June 5 in the area of 215 S. Charlotte St., Gordon H. Sweinhart, 57, of 312 Mill Rd., Fredricksburg, was cited after the officer found him in the parking lot sick from the consumption of alcoholic beverages.

• CORRUPTION OF MINORS — At 7:00 p.m. on January 18, Jessee M. McLaughlin, 33, of 175 S. Wolf St., Manheim, was charged after the officers learned of a party he hosted at his home where he supplied alcoholic beverages to minors.
