- ACCIDENT - Police responded to a two-vehicle accident on 28th Division Highway on Saturday, July 9, in which Clarence E. Carbaugh, of Ephrata, and David A. Schock, of Manheim, were involved. One injury was reported and one vehicle required towing.

House egged on Carole Lane
LITITZ, PA
- BREAK-IN - A representative of Distinctive Detail, 372 S. Main St., reported on Friday, July 1, that someone had possibly broken into the recon shop. Police investigation showed that a door window had been pushed in. The owner reported that nothing seemed to be missing or disturbed inside the building. Damage consisted of a pushed-in window frame, resulting in a damage loss of $70.

Drunk driver hits house
LITITZ, PA
- CAR INTO CURB - A one-vehicle accident occurred in the area of Kissel Hill and E. Second Ave. on Monday, July 4, at 7:51 p.m. An unknown make or model car pulled into the path of a vehicle driven by Ross Kramer of Lititz, who was heading northbound on Kissel Hill. Kramer took evasive action to avoid contact, resulting in two flat tires on the passenger side of his vehicle.

- THEFT - On Tuesday, June 28, a resident of the first block of W. Marion St. reported that a Sony video camera valued at $600 had been stolen from his vehicle sometime between June 20-21.
