LITITZ, PA - • DUI/HIT & RUN - Shelly Salmon, 46, of Cardinal Road, Lititz, was operating a 1994 Chevy Corsica and struck a parked car in the 200 block of North Board Street on Sunday, July 23 at 11:30 p.m., then fled the scene. Salmon was located in the 400 block of Furnace Hills Pike, passed out behind the wheel of her car. She was transported to Ephrata Community Hospital for alcohol observation. Salmon is to be cited with driving under the influence and a hit and run violation.

LITITZ, PA - • INDECENT EXPOSURE - It was reported on Saturday, July 22, at approximately 4:30 p.m., that four males were inside Lititz Springs Park yelling profanities and harassing some younger children. At some point, two of the four teenagers pulled their pants down and “mooned” the young children. The teenagers were located and police seized a video camera, later discovering that one of the teens had videotaped the entire incident. Following review of the tape, two of the four teenagers, both from Reinholds, were cited for disorderly conduct for their actions.
