Mary V. Hoak, 86, homemaker, mother of three, enjoyed duckpin bowling, family time

Mary V. Hoak, 86, a homemaker of Lancaster, died Monday, Dec. 19, at Pleasant View Retirement Community, Manheim.

Born in Strasburg Township, she was the wife of the late Warren D. Hoak, and the daughter of the late Millie (Myers) Hoak.

Mary enjoyed duckpin bowling, and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her children: Pam Ritt and her husband Pete, of East Petersburg; Warren Hoak and his wife Julia; and David Hoak and his wife Vicky, all of Lititz; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Services were held Dec. 23 at the Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home and Crematory, Lititz, with Pastor Mark Thiboldeaux officiating. Burial followed in Mellinger Mennonite Cemetery.
