James P. Ross, 50, Warwick grad, cabinet maker and home remodeler, Eagle Scout

James “Jimmy” Ross, 50, of Lititz, died Monday, July 20, 2015, at his home from natural causes after a long illness.

He was a lifelong resident of Lititz, and a 1983 graduate of Warwick High School and Brownstown Vo-tech School. Jimmy was an accomplished cabinet maker and finish carpenter. He was self-employed as a home remodeler. Jimmy enjoyed the Boy Scouts and earned the status of Eagle Scout. He had a great sense of humor; loved animals, dogs especially; and he loved traveling, boating, classic trucks, and riding motorcycle when he got the chance.

He is survived by his father: Richard V. Ross of Lititz; brothers: Richard, Ronald, and Robert; a sister: Sharon; and two nieces and two nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother: Patricia; and his sister: Terri.

A memorial service celebrating his life was held on July 24 at Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home and Crematory, Lititz. He was interred at St. Joseph New Catholic Cemetery, Lancaster.
