James Nolan Mahoney, 58, Johnson & Johnson retiree, avid golfer, Notre Dame fan

James Nolan Mahoney, 58, of Manheim, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2015, at Hospice and Community Care, Mount Joy.

Jim was born and raised in Lykens, to the son of the late Norbert and Kathleen Nolan Mahoney.

He was a 1976 graduate of Upper Dauphin High School. He recently retired from Johnson and Johnson, Lititz. He was of the Catholic faith and a member of the Mount Joy Sons of the American Legion. Jim was an avid golfer and a huge fan of the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.

Surviving are his wife of 36 years: Wendy J. Klinger Mahoney; two daughters: Maria K. Mahoney, Pittsburgh; and Caitlyn J. Mahoney, Manheim; six brothers: Robert, California; Cornelius, Lykens; Norbert, Tower City; Michael, Williamstown; Edward, Harrisburg; and Vincent, Williamstown; and nieces and nephews.

Services were held Oct. 24 from the Chapel of the Dimon Funeral Home, Tower City.
