Brian G. Walter28, Tait Towers welder, motorcycle enthusiast

Brian Gregory Walter, 28, of Reinholds, passed away Wednesday, June 27, 2012 as a result of injuries sustained in an auto accident in Heidelberg Township, Lebanon County.

Born in Lancaster, Brian worked as a welder/fabricator for Tait Towers in Lititz. He enjoyed his work, was an avid gun collector, enjoyed riding motorcycles and doing auto repairs. He was also a history buff, especially World War II and the Vietnam era.

In addition to his father, Clifford L. Walter, of Reinholds, he is survived by two brothers: Andrew (Andy) C., husband of Glenna (Mowrer) Walter, of Lancaster; Ethan S. Walter, of Leola; and grandfather: John H. Walter, of Reinholds.

A service was held on July 3 at his late residence with Jeff Reimold officiating. Interment took place (following the service) in the Swamp Cemetery, West Cocalico Township.

Memorial contributions in Brian’s memory may be made to the Lebanon VA Medical Center, Voluntary Services, 1700 S. Lincoln Ave., Lebanon, PA 17042.
