Top four will speak to Class of 2014

Warwick High School will hold its 58th Annual Commencement exercises for the Class of 2014 on Thursday, June 12 at 6:30 p.m. at Calvary Church in Lancaster.

More than 350 Warwick students (to-be graduates) are expected to walk in the ceremonial procession. Speakers will include the top four academic students of the class (listed in no particular order here with their topics of discussion):

• Holly Lobb – “Finding Yourself – Be True to Yourself”

• Emily Myers –  “Multiple Choice”

• Amy Wood –  “Self-Motivation”

• Kelly Striker –  “Let’s Go to Goodwill”

In addition, Class President Gavin Schaffer will give a reminiscent closing speech.

Junior Marshalls will be David Krak and Madelyn Class.

The valedictorian will be announced the night of graduation.

Commencement ceremonies in the church are open to ticket-holding members only. Non-ticket-holding family members and friends may attend the ceremony in an overflow seating area in a large room adjacent to the ceremony in the church. This room will have a large screen for viewing a live-feed of the event. There will also be a live-feed link available on the district website.
