Taste of Lititz tickets go on sale May 1

By on April 19, 2017

Taste of Lititz has been scheduled for Friday, June 2, from 5 to 9 p.m., on Main and Broad streets in downtown Lititz.

Taste of Lititz is a street festival that serves as the main fundraising event for Venture Lititz. The event began as the “Coolest Small Town” celebration in 2013. Venture Lititz then repackaged the successful fete as Taste of Lititz.

The focus of the evening will continue to showcase key aspects of our community, including food, arts, music, entertainment, and (new this year), civic organizations.

This year’s corporate sponsors are Moravian Manor and the Warwick Woodlands

There is a nominal fee to enter Taste of Lititz: $5 for adults; $2 for children under 13; and free to those three and under. Those who attend can enjoy games, entertainment, and demonstrations of art. Restaurants will be selling small portions of their favorite foods and drink.

Tickets will go on sale starting May 1, and will be available at Borough Hall, The General Sutter Inn, and Aarons’s Books.

Over the next few weeks, a more detailed description of each segment of the event will be shared.
