Taco Bell drive-thru proposed

By on June 26, 2019

Warwick Township Planning Commission will hear for the first time tonight about a plan to build a Taco Bell in the borough.

RGS Associates has submitted sketch plans on behalf of Summerwood Corp. for a proposed fast-food restaurant and drive-thru as part of the Taco Bell at 2 Trolley Run Road.

The company is proposing an approximately 2,700-square-foot restaurant on the northwest corner of the Lititz Pike/Crosswinds Drive intersection. The proposed restaurant will include the removal of the existing Pizza Hut with a drive-thru and associated structures.

The proposed Taco Bell will include a two-lane drive-thru patio, 38 parking spaces, a dumpster enclosure, and other necessary infrastructure. The project will also include a sidewalk on Lititz Pike and Crosswinds Drive that will be the link between the two existing sidewalk networks for continuous pedestrian access.

Vehicular access to the Taco Bell will be from the Trolley Run Road side and the front of the Taco Bell will be oriented toward Lititz Pike.

This is a wonderful idea. My friends and I were just discussing how nice it would be to have a taco bell in Lititz.
