Photo by Carol StarkEric Landen Heisey came into this world shortly after midnight Jan. 1 to become Lititz's first baby of 2013 born at Heart of Lancaster Regional Medical Center. He weighed in at nine pounds and two ounces. Parents are Matt and Gwenda Heisey, of Richland. Eric has two brothers and a sister -- Brayden, 7; Megan, 5; and Trenton, 2. As the winner of the Record Express' annual First Baby of the Year Contest, the Heiseys received special gift basket filled with prizes supplied by local businesses. Supporting businesses include Gymboree, Bomberger's Store, A Reflection by Sherry, Julius Sturgis Pretzel Bakery, Stauffers of Kissel Hill, Miesse Candies and Maggie Moo's.
